Teams of 2: 2 rounds For Time: 20 Assault Bike/rower Cals (each) 30 HSPU (total) 40 Deadlifts-225/155 (Alt every 5 w/ deadlift hold) 50 T2B (Alt every 5 w/ Hang) 60 Wall Balls-20/14 (alt shots standing side by side) 20 Assault Bike/rower Cals (each)
  • Bike/rower: each team member completes 20 cals
  • HSPU: 30 combined reps between partners
  • Deadlifts: using 2 barbells, Partner 1 holds at the top of the deadlift while partner 2 completes 5 reps. Alternate till 40 reps are complete.
  • T2B: partner 1 hangs on pull up rig while partner 2 performs 5 reps. Alternate till 50 reps are complete.
  • Wall ball: teammates stand side by side passing the ball back and forth.
