AMRAP x 20 500m row/ 400m run 20 Push-Press (95/65)(65/35) 50 DU's PureFit AMRAP x 16 400m Row 15 DB Push-Press 50 Single Unders Mobility WOD:Pre-WOD 1) Bonesaw- kneeling, cross ankles and place bottom foot up on foam roller.  Place bottom leg forward and top leg at 60-90 angle from top leg. Sit down. Apply pressure to Achilles with top ankle. Rock left, right, front and back. Move top ankle up  the Achilles and smash again. 2 minutes each side Post-WOD 2) Achilles stretch - using a box, rack or wall stretch achilles.  Standing close, place one foot flat on box/rack/wall and slide heel to the floor.  Lean chest towards box/rack/wall with straight knee, then bent knee.  Repeat standing a few feet away from box/rack/wall.  Spend about 30 seconds in each position. Repeat on other side.
