Team of 2 WOD: 4 sets: 20/15 cal row/bike 14 KB/DB Snatch (55/35) -rest 2 min 4 sets: 20/15 cal row/bike 14 Goblet squats (55/35) -rest 2 min- 4 sets: 20/15 cal row/bike 14 toes 2 bar/knees 2 elbows/med ball sit ups *teammate 1 starts on rower, as soon as they are done they begin snatches and teammate 2 starts rowing. Teammate 1 rests until teammate 2 is done rower then starts another round. continue this for 4 rounds. Same format for all 3 couplets.
