Perform a total of 10 reps. Post-WOD: Quad Smash - use a heavy medicine ball, kettlebell or the sleeve of the barbell to smash the quad. Contract quad and inhale for 4 seconds. Relax quad and exhale for 8 seconds while twisting the med ball or kettlebell or barbell sleeve into the tissue. Work your way up the quad, spending time on sore areas. 2-3 minutes each leg
