80 wall balls / dip hold (rings or box) 80 T2B / wall sit 80 Hang power cleans (115, 75lb) / Plank 80 DU / L-Sit (off ground or boxes) 80 Deadlifts (50% of bodyweight) / HS hold (against wall or freestanding)
*partner a performs reps while partner b stays in static hold. when partner b breaks from static hold, switch places. continue until all 80 reps are completed, then switch movements. rest as necessary.
