YEEHAW Crossfit Cody... Saddle Up!!!  We are so excited to announce that we are opening our doors to Crossfit Cody on Monday, May 4th!!  We continue to follow the WY state orders and we can open our doors following the state guidelines.  We must limit the amount of people in our gym to 9 clients plus a trainer to total 10.  Each client will have a designated area in our spacious gym to use, and we will be using an open gym format, which will include a warm-up, workout, post-mobility.  Because of the 10 person limit, we will be using a simple sign-up tool to manage this new restriction for each open-gym time. You will be able to sign-up the night before. We will be offering many open-gym times and will open more if necessary.

An abundant amount of cleaning has been happening and the gym is sparkling!!  We will have strict sanitization protocols before and after the WOD, these will be given to you prior to our opening.  Following the CDC guidelines will remain intact.  Please do not come to the gym if you are ill or have been around anyone who has been ill.  We will close the showers for now and ask that you not use the lockers at this time, if you have any equipment/personal items please take them home.

Here are the open-gym times we will be offering:  5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm. Please be punctual since you have reserved this spot. If you would be interested in us continuing with zoom sessions during this time on top of in gym classes please reach out to an owner.

So now the fun part....we need our equipment back :)  We will have sign-ups to return all equipment to the gym on Friday from 6pm-7pm OR Saturday from 8am-10am. Please sign up on the website by clicking the "Equipment sign up" button. Please reach out to one of the owners if you have any personal concerns.

We are so excited to see your faces and look forward to connecting with each one of you.  Zoom has been a great tool to continue our live classes during this time, but we are ecstatic to be together again!!  This has been an extremely unusual time for everyone and we continue to feel greatly blessed by your outpouring of love and support to us.  We are so grateful!!

WOD 14 Min AMRAP: Score is total reps 40 Deadlifts 40 V-ups 40 Box Jumps/Step-ups 40 Single Arm Thrusters: alternate as needed 40 Supermans MWOD PreWOD:  20 Glute-Ham-Bridges + 20 Romanian Deadlifts PostWOD:  Low Back Smash:  Using a single lacrosse ball, elevate your legs 90 degrees on a box.  Place ball on lower back above pelvis.  Keep neutral spine, DO NOT over extend pelvis, keep core tight.  Slowly shift hips to right and left, which will allow you to smash the tissues against the grain. 2-4 minutes 6am Click Here 8:30am Click Here 4pm Click Here
