for time, using a running clock: 

5 rounds of:     
    10 thrusters (95/65)
    10 chest-to-bar pull-ups 

Rest 1 minute, then:

5 rounds of: 
    7 thrusters (135/95)
    7 bar muscle-ups 

Time cap: 15 minutes

10 DB Thrusters (lighter weight)
10 Pull ups/ring rows

7 DB Thrusters (heavier weight)
7 Push ups/DB Rows
