20 min EMOM:
Min 1: 12 KBS (heavy)
Min 2: 8-10 Single DB/KB goblet squat clean/power clean
Min 3: 6-8 reverse lunge knee raise (each leg) add weight or not
Min 4: 8 Gorilla rows (each arm)
Min 5: 8 tap back high pulls (each arm)

Finisher
2-3 sets:
10 bird dog + crunch
10 V ups
:30-1:00 plank hold
