100 pull ups
100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
100 Squats
*In order to get on the Glory Board you must perform this workout straight through, no breaking up reps and FULL Range of motion on ALL movements.
Modified version
10 rounds:
10 pull ups
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
or with a partner. break up reps however!
Coaching Tips:
Pull ups: Break up early!
Push ups: These will make or break this workout...manageable sets, break before you need to, DO NOT go until failure!
Sit up & Squats: here is your opportunity to make up time, steady and consistant is the goal!
