Min 1: 12-15 KBS (heavy)

Min 2: 10 front rack DB squat-forward lunge (5 each leg)

Min 3: 10-14 DB Plank pull throughs

Min 4: 100' Waiters carry (change hands every 25')

Min 5: :40 machine

Purefit:

EMOM x 20-25 minutes (4-5 rounds)

Min 1: 12 KBS 

Min 2: 8 front rack DB squat-forward lunge (4 each leg)

Min 3: 10 DB Plank pull throughs

Min 4: 100' Waiters carry (change hands every 25')

Min 5: :40 machine
