In Teams of 2: -Pick 4 movements of your choice (preferably at least 2 weaknesses) -You and your partner decide the reps and weight and how you want to move through the movements. -You both must continually work for 20 min.  No rest. -You and your partner cannot be working at same movement.

WOD 5 rounds for time 6 power snatch 95/135 12 over the box jumps 20/24 (hang PVC pipe off box and perform jumps laterally over pipe) GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE WHO COMPETED IN THE OPEN!  We will be posting results from the competition this week.
